7-foot baked apple pie highlights Nappanee Apple Festival
Fort Wayne's Johnny Appleseed Festival isn't the only one celebrating the fruit this weekend. Nappanee turns into the Big Apple with its apple festival each year. This year's 39th festival, which ends at 6 p.m. Sunday, again features a 7-foot baked apple pie.
