Fort Wayne woman gets 6 months for starving dog


FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A second person who pleaded guilty to locking up and starving a dog to death was sentenced to prison time on Thursday. Chelsey Ormsby was sentenced to six months. She pleaded guilty to torturing or mutilating an animal in July.
